When using LibroHub, an automated integrated library System (AIBS), these terms automatically apply to you. Therefore, we recommend that you read them carefully before using AIBS.

1. Intellectual property
You are prohibited from:

copy or modify AIBS, any part of it, or our trademarks;

trying to extract the AIBS source code;

translate AIBS into other languages or create derivative versions.
All copyrights, database rights, and other intellectual property rights related to AIBS belong to SkilSoft LLC.

2. Changes and updates
SkilSoft LLC strives to make AIBS as useful and effective as possible. Therefore, we reserve the right to:

make changes to the application,

charge service fees without prior notice,

explain the terms of paid services to users before they are introduced.

3. Processing of personal data
LibroHub stores and processes the personal data that you provide for the provision of services. You are responsible for the security of your phone and access to AIBS. We recommend avoiding flashing the device or gaining root access, as this may reduce the level of data protection and affect the performance of the application.

4. Responsibility for connection
Some AIBS functions require an active internet connection. SkilSoft LLC is not responsible if the AIBS does not work correctly due to the lack of Wi-Fi or mobile data. When using AIBS outside the Wi-Fi zone, the terms of your contract with the mobile operator continue to apply. You are responsible for any costs associated with data transmission, including roaming charges.

5. Responsibility for the device
You should monitor the battery charge of your device, as SkilSoft LLC is not responsible if a low battery does not allow you to use AIBS.

6. Limitations of liability
We strive to keep the data in AIBS up-to-date, but some of the information is provided by third parties. SkilSoft LLC is not responsible for possible errors or losses resulting from full reliance on the functionality of the application.

7. Application Updates
AIBS is available on Android and iOS, but system requirements may vary. To continue using the app, you must download updates. We do not guarantee that AIBS will always work on your version of the operating system. However, you are obligated to install updates if they are offered to you. We also reserve the right to terminate the provision of AIBS without prior notice. In case of termination:

the rights and licenses granted to you will be revoked;

You must stop using AIBS and delete the app from your device.

8. Changes in conditions
We periodically update the Terms of Use. The current version is published in the application and takes effect immediately after posting.
